Senior UX/CX Researcher
We are looking for a team member who will be responsible for conducting Senior UX/CX research and tackle complex and ambitious challenges.
Future challenges
- Develop the research processes
- Drive cross-functional initiatives in testing
- Collaborate with the team to identify the need for research, formulate hypotheses, manage and prioritize the research backlog;
- Independently conduct end-to-end CX and UX research, including qualitative, quantitative, and in-lab studies;
- Formulate conclusions and recommendations based on research findings, presenting results to the team (including participation in workshops and facilitation);
- Build and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of research results;
- Ensure transparency and involve the team in the research process, providing training to colleagues;
- Consult with colleagues during the implementation of changes, including UX reviews and proposing UX improvements;
- Participate in the development of Customer Journey Maps (CJM) and other product artifacts;
- Implement new research methods and tools;
- Cultivate a research culture within the company.
We expect
- 4+ years of experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of qualitative, quantitative, and in-lab research methods;
- Familiarity with key frameworks (CJM, JTBD, etc.) and customer experience metrics (NPS, CSI, etc.);
- Experience in independently conducting end-to-end research;
- Ability to handle multiple research tasks simultaneously without sacrificing depth;
- Capability to independently plan workload and meet deadlines in the absence of micromanagement;
- B2+ level of English
