Product Analyst

We’re looking for a talented Product Analyst to join our team. You’ll be responsible for:

 

– Implementing a behavioral segmentation system;

– Developing a metrics tree;

– Generating hypotheses;

– Designing and analyzing A/B tests;

– Conducting event hygiene.

 

Our tech stack includes: Tableau/Amplitude for analytics, BigQuery as our database, Python for data warehousing, and Airflow for automation. Also, we’ve got a dedicated Data Engineering team and an ML community to collaborate with whenever you need or want to dive deeper.

Future challenges

  • Identifying patterns of how technical quality influences customer behavior and vice versa;
  • Determining the impact of a new internal product on key product, process, and business metrics;
  • Participating in the estimation of development costs for B2B2C features together with the Product Owner;
  • A/B testing (statistical validation of hypotheses regarding the influence of technical quality on product metrics);
  • Working with different user cohorts;
  • Developing and maintaining an analytical culture within the team;
  • Participating in the Analytics Community.

We expect

  • At least 2 years of experience in analytics for large-scale products;
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL;
  • Basic knowledge of Python;
  • Experience with visualization tools (we use Tableau, but Power BI, Qlik Sense, or similar tools are also fine);
  • Strong understanding of marketing and product metrics (including LTV, ROI, CPA, CPM);
  • Solid knowledge of statistics;
  • Skills in trend analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis;
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation approaches (e.g., ABC, RFM, etc.).
