Process Manager
We’re looking for a Process Manager to join us during a period of major transformation — someone who can help us improve our OKR goal-setting process, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and drive further process improvements.
Future challenges
- Supporting the quarterly and annual goal-setting process: reviewing and improving Objectives and Key Results for consistency, measurability, resource alignment, and cross-dependencies; helping teams craft high-quality goals and KRs — both proactively and on request;
- Conducting consultations and training on the OKR framework;
- Collecting and analyzing key process indicators: goal achievement rate, stakeholder workload, interim metrics; identifying risks of goal non-achievement;
- Establishing regular alignment and synchronization touchpoints between teams and top management on the goal-setting process, business priorities, and OKR framework effectiveness; supporting cross-functional and cross-departmental collaboration — identifying overlap points between teams, removing organizational barriers;
- Coordinating the work of the strategy team: organizing meetings, preparing materials, tracking the execution of decisions and agreements;
- Identifying inefficiencies in the quarterly and annual goal-setting processes, and developing and proposing solutions to improve them;
- Creating and maintaining templates, schedules, and internal communications; maintaining and developing process documentation in the knowledge base;
- Participating in the development and maintenance of RACI matrices, areas of responsibility, and interaction mechanisms between teams and departments;
- Supporting the company’s priority processes together with the Process Team.
We expect
- 2+ years of experience in roles such as Prosess manager, Agile Coach, or Project Manager;
- Product-oriented approach to development: understanding business goals, user value, and the impact of decisions on outcomes;
- Hands-on experience with Agile;
- Experience building processes and approaches from scratch;
- Experience interacting with top management and stakeholders;
- Strong facilitation skills;
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
We offer
- Work with international markets;
- Hybrid work schedule in the Tbilisi office (3 days per week in the office, 2 days remote);
- Relocation package;
- Support and assistance with professional development (seminars, courses, trainings, internal learning programs);
- Fully official salary and employment;
- Health insurance (including dental) within the first two weeks of employment, covering spouse and children;
- Free meals at office;
- Group English language classes with a corporate teacher;
- 50% compensation for sports and psychologist/therapy services after the probation period;
- Choice of work equipment (MacOS or Windows).
