Data Analyst Team Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Data Analyst Team Lead to drive data strategy and lead a growing team (4 people).

Future challenges

Provide all marketing department areas with regular, up-to-date, and automated reporting;
Establish and manage collaborative processes with product teams and data analysts;
Refine the current attribution model, incorporating mobile application data;
Develop and test hypotheses to improve funnel conversions across various traffic acquisition channels; conduct A/B testing;
Research, study, and implement best practices within the department;
Build, manage, and develop a team of data analysts;
Create forecasting systems and models to assess the impact of media campaigns and brand awareness on business performance;
Forecast the effectiveness of marketing and advertising campaigns, special projects; generate reports and recommendations for improvement.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data and marketing analytics;
Experience in establishing processes within a marketing analytics department;
Excellent knowledge of analytical tools; proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Amplitude;
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and respectfully;
At least 1–2 years of experience in team formation and management;
English proficiency at B1 (Intermediate) level or higher.
