Data Analyst (regional department)
We’re looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team and help drive strategic decision-making based on data.
In this role, you’ll serve as a key link between numbers and business outcomes — from building reports to generating hypotheses and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Future challenges
- Collect and analyze data from various business functions
- Build dashboards and reports for key metrics (in Tableau, Amplitude)
- Generate, prioritize, and test hypotheses with the team and suggest solutions to achieve target KPIs
- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, planning, and post-analysis of business performance
- Detect and communicate hidden anomalies in metrics
- Support marketing initiatives such as quantitative research, brand awareness, brand equity studies, CJM analysis, and more.
We expect
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in IT/product companies with large volumes of data
- Advanced SQL skills and a strong grasp of statistics
- Solid experience in data visualization and dashboard creation
- Analytical intuition: understanding which metrics matter, how to interpret them, and what insights to derive from the data
- Knowledge of key marketing and product metrics (incl. LTV, ROI, CPA, CTR)
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
