Data Analyst
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in understanding user behavior, identifying business opportunities, and influencing strategic planning. You will work closely with stakeholders to drive impactful decisions and enhance business growth.
Future challenges
- Research user behavior, identify issues, and find business growth opportunities;
- Analyze the causes of metric increases and decreases;
- Assess risks and impacts of product changes and marketing activities;
- Plan and forecast business metrics;
- Develop data visualizations and dashboards (Tableau);
- Handle ad-hoc business requests (SQL/Python);
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize development;
- Represent the team’s interests in general meetings.
We expect
- 3+ years of relevant work experience;
- Experience in identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking
their changes, and developing recommendations for improvement; - Proficiency with data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, and R for
processing and analyzing large data sets; - Experience with analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau,
Amplitude, Power BI) for creating reports and dashboards; - Ability to work in a team, interact effectively with colleagues and
stakeholders; - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking with a
business-oriented mindset; - Proactivity in identifying problems and proposing innovative solutions;
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
