Compensation and Benefits Partner
We are looking for a C&B Partner responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs aimed at attracting, motivating, and retaining employees while ensuring their competitiveness in the market.
Future challenges
- Leading the annual salary review process.
- Auditing existing skill matrices and their connection to salary ranges, as well as developing new ones.
- Establishing an overarching compensation structure (including matrices for international markets, gathering inflation data, annual bonuses, and benefits).
- Budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of planned versus actual performance indicators.
- Documenting the methodology for working with salary ranges. Analyzing and adjusting current salary ranges across all departments, ensuring unified implementation and monitoring compliance.
- Collecting and tracking data from salary surveys and making relevant adjustments based on the findings.
- Conducting a comparative analysis of competitors’ benefits packages, evaluating the feasibility of changes, and implementing them when necessary.
- Identifying issues in current C&B approaches or processes, proposing and implementing solutions.
- Developing long-term programs for employee motivation and retention (aligned with the company’s C&B approach).
- Implementing and maintaining a systematic approach to compensation, based on the principles of transparency, internal fairness, and market demands across the organization.
- Ensuring a consistent approach to compensation across all teams.
We expect
- Relevant experience in the field of compensation and benefits.
- Experience working in companies operating in multiple markets.
- Experience in the IT sector.
- Participation in labor market research and salary surveys.
- Experience in budgeting, job grading, labor market analysis, and developing and implementing incentive programs.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and responsibility.
- Proficiency in English (upper-intermediate level or higher).
