User acquisition Manager (in-app)

We are looking for an User Acquisition Manager who will actively work with in-app traffic channels.

Future challenges

  • Together with the team, develop a strategy for promoting brand products in the region and implement it in paid channels;
  • Launch Acquisition and Remarketing campaigns;
  • Launch, maintain, optimize and scale advertising campaigns in Unity, Applovin, Vungle and other in-app channels;
  • Look for alternative traffic channels (OEM, local sources);
  • Actively test and analyze targeting, creatives, campaign settings, different approaches to achieve results;
  • Analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns in Tableau/Analytics/Appsflyer;
  • Optimize campaigns based on statistical data;
  • Plan the budget of paid sources taking into account the goals;
  • Create creatives and landing pages together with a designer and copywriter from the team;
  • Test new hypotheses and develop new acquisition channels.

We expect

  • Strong experience in in-app sources;
  • The ability to analyze traffic both in general and to identify problems at the creative level;
  • English at B1 intermediate level and above.


  • Experience working with large budgets;
  • Experience in foreign markets;
  • Knowledge of the basics of marketing analytics (analysis of consumers, competitors, etc.).
