User Acquisition Lead/Traffic Lead

We are currently looking for a functional Traffic Lead who will actively work with all paid traffic acquisition channels (CPA, Google, FB, in-app sources, social networks).

Future challenges

  • Developing and implementing a user acquisition and engagement strategy;
  • Functionally managing a UA team (10+ people);
  • Creating general processes, guides, and approaches for running campaigns;
  • Studying and implementing current approaches and technologies in the field of performance marketing, including BI solutions, LTV forecasting models, user acquisition automation, and more;
  • Interacting with marketing and product teams as an expert in user acquisition;
  • Interacting with all key partners (Google, Facebook, Apple, etc.) in the field of user acquisition.

We expect

  • Experience in the position of Traffic Lead / User Acquisition Lead / Head of Media Buying for 3+ years;
  • Experience managing a team of 5 or more people;
  • Experience working with Google, Facebook channels, mobile applications, and web;
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making;
  • Proficiency in English at a B1 intermediate level or higher.


  • Experience working with large budgets;
  • Experience working with foreign markets.
