Simultaneous interpreter

Our team is looking for an experienced simultaneous interpreter with strong written translation skills to support internal and external events, as well as day-to-day business communication within the company.

Future challenges

  • Perform simultaneous interpreting from Russian to English (and occasionally from English to Russian) during internal meetings, strategic sessions, and corporate events;
  • Provide written translations (Russian → English and English → Russian) of materials such as the internal knowledge base, presentations, internal regulations, task boards, and internal communications;
  • Edit and proofread existing English and Russian materials;
  • Keep translations up to date by tracking changes in the original documents;
  • Maintain corporate calendars and meeting schedules up to date;
  • Research and update terminology across various business and professional domains;
  • Adapt communications in line with the company’s Tone of Voice;
  • Draft and deliver effective internal communications in English for English-speaking colleagues;
  • Assist in preparation for events that require interpretation or translation;
  • Monitor and translate communications within internal corporate channels.

We expect

  • Higher education in linguistics, translation, English language, or a related field;
  • Experience in simultaneous interpreting from Russian to English (and occasionally English to Russian), preferably in IT corporate environment;
  • Strong written translation skills across various types of business materials, including presentations, policies, corporate documents, knowledge bases, and internal communication;
  • Proficiency in both English and Russian, with confident use of specialized corporate and professional terminology;
  • Ability to edit and proofread materials in both languages.
