Senior product designer
We are looking for a UI/UX designer. To us, a UI/UX designer is not just someone who works with one team but also a player at the organizational level with real opportunities to participate in and drive global, organizational changes.
We expect
- Approach visual design systematically, adhering to principles of atomic design and consistency.
- Maintain consistency across different platforms (web, iOS, Android) when implementing new solutions.
- Make design decisions based on analytical data or user research. Therefore, you have practical experience in collecting and working with this data and know when and how to use specific methods.
- Use appropriate methods for mapping the user experience to gather data on customer interaction with the product.
- Test solutions before development begins, conducting UX testing, including using highly detailed prototypes.
- Know and apply usability evaluation approaches.
- Be ready to work in a cross-functional team, collaborating closely with developers and product owners.
- Pay proper attention to text in interfaces.
- Understand Jobs-to-be-Done theory.
- Consider dependencies between different parts of the product when designing end-to-end scenarios.
- Track changes in metrics and indicators in the product during experiments.
- Use Figma;
- Experience working in a product team;
- Experience in the fintech industry;
- Good spoken English, ranging from B2 to C1 proficiency;
- Keeping track of trends in product design.
