Release Manager
Hi there! We are looking for a strong Release Manager who will be responsible for the delivery processes of our product to users.
We value a deep understanding of delivery processes and the software development lifecycle, experience in building processes from scratch, and expertise in change management.

Future challenges
- Organizing and managing the current processes of mobile app releases;
- Formalizing, regularly improving existing processes;
- Planning release schedules and ensuring the proper delivery of increments to clients;
- Maintaining documentation related to release processes;
- Close collaboration with development teams and other departments within the company.
We expect
- 3+ years of experience in a Release Manager role or a similar position in IT companies, ideally within mobile apps or fintech;
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and project; management tools (Jira);
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and experience working in Agile teams;
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python) for implementing automation.
Advantages
