Regional Marketing Lead (Thailand)

At the moment we are in search of a regional marketing lead for one of our key regions in Southeast Asia. Your main goal will be to maximize the business performance of the region by elaborating and implementing a marketing strategy for the development of the entire business in the country.

Future challenges

  • develop and implement marketing strategy of the region;
  • manage full cycle of marketing activities in the region: performance-marketing, content-marketing, event-marketing, PR, communication design, product marketing, etc;
  • work closely with key partners, partners’ base development (b2b marketing);
  • region activities plan development, monitoring of the implementation, evaluation of the events effectiveness;
  • defining target metrics and developing a plan to achieve goals with the team;
  • forcast, tracking and analyzing key business metrics;
  • local market analysis: competitors and clients analysis, conducting interviews with clients and partners in cooperation with the team;
  • metrics analysis: LTV, ROI, funnel,  MAU/WAU/DAU, etc;
  • brand strategy realization in the region, working with Unique value proposition;
  • thailand regional team development: building internal processes, organization and motivation, professional development;
  • performance management: goal setting, performance review, feedback, motivation, performance improvement plans, etc;
  • searching, hiring and adaptation of employees in cooperation with an HR manager;
  • setting up a cooperation process between the regional team and other teams and departments of the company;
  • budget management;
  • participating in business trips and company’s events according to business needs.

We expect

  • experience in marketing from 3 years.
  • experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • advanced knowledge of English.
  • experience on the international markets.
  • experience in b2b marketing.
  • team management experience.
  • understanding and ability to analyze marketing and business metrics (LTV, NPS, CPA, ROI, MAU, PNL and etc.).
  • ability to conduct surveys, interviews and interpret the results.
  • ability to analyze market and product.


  • fluency in Thai language;
  • work experience with Asian markets;
  • work experience in the Fintech industry;
  • education in marketing;
  • experience in launching marketing campaigns (contextual advertising, display advertising, social media advertising) and ability to analyze their effectiveness.
