Product Owner – New Geo Launch
Hi! We are planning to launch a product in a new market in the near future and are looking for a Product Owner to drive this direction 🙂
At the launch it will be necessary to define the main contours of the product (legal, market entry strategy, product vision), and complete the development team, with which you will later move together on the formed roadmap.
Future challenges
- Analyze the competitive environment in a new market – have the most complete picture of competitors’ value proposition, their strengths and weaknesses, and details of their products;
- Analyze regulatory restrictions and license requirements;
- Based on the above – formulate the product outline we need to enter the market, functional and non-functional requirements, value proposition;
- In conjunction with the CPO and CTO of the core product – shape platform requirements that are realistic given the new product launch timeline, engage in communication on appropriate goals;
- Compose the team design required to finalize the product on the platform;
- Full team cycle: structure design, hiring and headcount forecasting, onboarding, development, team performance management;
- Together with the Marketing lead, develop a realistic go-to-market strategy, taking into account constraints, resources and timelines, and a strategy for further product development.
We expect
- Conversational level of English;
- Understanding of Agile Product Management and the role of Product Owner in Scrum;
- Experience tracking product metrics and making tactical and strategic decisions based on them;
- Experience delivering value in cross-functional projects;
- Experience building a product roadmap (or part of a product) and decomposing top-level goals;
- Experience in strategy building (at the unit or product level) would be a plus.
- Proactive attitude, creative, innovative thinking;
- High level of self-organization, adaptability and flexibility.
