Product Lead

We are making an ecosystem of products for investment with a DAU of 15+ million. Now we are looking for a strong Product Lead to join the team to lead Acquisition Area.

Data Driven approach, strong analytics skills, ability to build a long-term strategy and strong research experience are essential for us.

Future challenges

  • Shaping the strategy and vision for the entire direction;
  • Development of a roadmap to achieve business goals in line with the strategic vision of the product development;
  • Managing product backlog;
  • CJM and CX development management;
  • Managing development and implementation;
  • Building transparent effective communication with stakeholders, management and cross-functional teams;
  • Analyzing data and collecting feedback to identify areas of product improvement;
  • Monitoring product performance, metrics and KPIs;
  • Analyzing the market, trends, competitive environment and products;
  • Working on Agile methodology on LeSS framework with multiple teams.

We expect

  • Practical experience in the role of Product owner/Growth Product Manager in IT products from 3 years;
  • Understanding of how the user funnel is built and how attracting traffic from different channels works;
  • Experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel or other);
  • Facilitation experience, leadership skills, ability to argue your point of view, flexibility in decision making;
  • Experience in conducting CustDev.


  • English language proficiency at B2+ level;
  • Expertise in the investment market, investment products and services.
