Product designer
We are launching a new product and expanding our team. We are currently looking for a Product designer with strong skills in web and native mobile applications. You will be the first designer on our team and will directly influence decisions, hypothesis testing, quality of the first version of the product and speed to market.
Future challenges
- Partial adaptation of an existing product to a new one, changing the UI , navigation and applying a new brand book;
- Creating new scenarios and features if needed;
- Creating prototypes to validate solutions with potential users;
- Studying the client’s needs and designing solutions to meet them;
- Development of design layouts for iOS, Android and Web platforms;
- Designing UX/Userflow, building a USM map;
- Working in a cross-functional team to create a product;
- Close interaction with the Product Owner on hypotheses and options for testing them;
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative research with PO, including interviews and using research tools;
- Interaction with the design community when making decisions and adapting the design system to a new product.
We expect
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with proven cases where design improved product metrics and solved real user and business problems;
- Confident use of Figma, including working with components, styles, automatic arrangement of elements (Auto Layout) and the ability to theming;
- Experience creating and scaling cross-platform solutions for Web / Mobile, knowledge of Apple HIG and Google Material Design 3 guidelines;
- Visual and interactive design skills – ability to work out details and produce high-quality interfaces;
- Experience in conducting different types of research (deep and UX interviews, quantitative) and using their results to make design decisions;
- Experience in using a structured approach to storing and analyzing research results and the ability to correctly interpret them;
- Understanding and applying the Jobs-to-be-Done approach;
- Experience working with design systems: creating and developing a component library, working with tokens, systematizing states, interacting with development and product teams;
- Skills in working on microcopywriting to create convenient interaction with a team of copywriters, to track the translations performed by other teams, as well as understanding the impact of different localizations on the interface;
- English at level B2+ (you will need to read, write and sometimes speak).
