Product Designer (R&D Team)
Hi. We have built an R&D team that focuses on generating innovative products and business models. Once validated, these ideas will be scaled across the entire ecosystem:)
We are currently looking for a Product Designer, so if you like to brainstorm in a field of like-minded people and are not afraid that ideas may not be validated – feel free to respond!
Future challenges
- Generating ideas for innovative products and business models: Developing and proposing creative ideas that can change the industry and create new business opportunities;
- Experimentation and testing of ideas: Conducting experiments to test the viability and effectiveness of proposed ideas and solutions;
- Developing and implementing innovative solutions: Creating and implementing innovative solutions to improve the company’s products and services;
- Analyzing results and adapting strategies: Evaluating the results of experiments and implemented solutions and adapting them based on the findings;
- Collaborate with company departments: Collaborate with various departments to coordinate, scale ideas and share knowledge to successfully implement them at scale.
We expect
- Creating wireframes, mockups and prototypes: Ability to develop and test wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for rapid validation and adaptation based on feedback;
- Research: Ability to conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative research findings to provide valuable insight;
- Lean Approach and Prototyping: Skill in developing and implementing designs for new products using a Lean approach for rapid prototyping and iteration;
- User Experience (UX) Analysis: Skill in analyzing user experience to improve user interaction and satisfaction;
- Creative thinking and attention to detail: Ability to generate new ideas and pay close attention to detail to ensure high quality work.
