Marketing Data Analyst

We are looking for a team member who will be responsible for the analytics (data and marketing) in one of our marketing team.

Future challenges

What you will do:

  • Provide analytical support to the regional team;
  • Work with the backlog of tasks, including planning and prioritization;
  • Analyze target markets, trends, competitors, and company potential in target markets;
  • Develop and maintain reporting on key regional metrics (key marketing metrics, ROI, etc.); Conduct A/B tests and research, analyze and interpret their results, and deliver insights;
  • Develop and update investment models, and monitor the achievement of set goals;
  • Analyze the funnel, segment users, and build user quality assessment models;
  • Identify changes and anomalies in metrics, respond by explaining causes, and formulate hypotheses for their resolution.

We expect

  • At least 2 years of experience in data analytics with a focus on marketing;
  • Understanding of performance analysis, attribution, cross-channel analytics, etc.;
  • Experience with BI systems (Tableau, Looker, Power BI);
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL;
  • Knowledge of Python packages for data analysis;
  • Ability to fulfill ad-hoc requests from the team;
  • Experience with machine learning and statistical analysis methods (regression, time series, clustering, etc.);
  • English language proficiency at B2 (upper-intermediate) level;
  • Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
