- Analysis of legislation of different countries on legal issues according to business needs;
- Registration, liquidation of legal entities, and implementation of any corporate actions according to business needs;
- Enlisting and supervising legal, tax, and other consultants to answer various legal questions of business;
- Finding and checking the reliability of banks and payment systems to ensure smooth cash flows within the company’s operations;
- Opening and closing bank accounts and accounts in payment systems, going through KYC procedures, resolving conflicts with banks;
- Advising subdivisions on matters of documenting cash flow, assistance in preparing necessary documentation, preparing contract templates, executing and signing contracts in connection with the company’s operations;
- Evaluating the legality of blocking funds on the company’s accounts and participation in interaction with banks and payment systems to challenge the blocking of funds, analyzing the reasons for such blocking in order to prevent blocking in the future;
- Analyzing the experience of competitors in different countries and preparing proposals for improving the Company’s operations.
We expect
- University degree in the field of civil law;
- Experience in the incorporation of legal entities in other jurisdictions;
- Experience in dealing with foreign banks, payment systems, contractors;
- Experience in opening, supporting, and closing bank accounts and accounts in payment systems in foreign jurisdictions;
- Experience in claims work is an advantage (especially with banks and payment systems);
- Ability to navigate international legislation;
- English – at least C1 (Advanced);
- Russian – Fluent;
- Strong legal writing skills and attention to detail;
- Professional writing skills, accurate attention to detail;
- Speech culture, legal vocabulary;
- Experience in preparing legal documents in English.
