International HR Generalist

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will support the full employee life cycle and play a key part in building strong HR processes that help our teams grow and perform. Future challenges

  • Support the full employee life cycle for assigned teams

  • Participate in the development and improvement of existing and new HR processes

  • Collaborate with the HR Lead on planning and prioritizing tasks that help teams achieve their goals

  • Partner with the recruitment team in the hiring process: create candidate profiles, conduct interviews (including competency-based), and, if needed, lead international sourcing

  • Manage onboarding for new hires: create adaptation plans and probation tasks, provide support, conduct check-in meetings, identify potential issues, and collect feedback from the employee, team, and managers

  • Work on motivation, potential development, and alignment with company values

  • Coordinate mentorship and training processes, including PDPs (Personal Development Plans) and PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans)

  • Organize and support the performance review process

  • Manage offboarding processes: conduct exit interviews to understand reasons for departure, reduce negative sentiment, and discuss potential rehire opportunities

  • Administer time-off processes (vacations, sick leave, and other absences), organize corporate events and business trips

  • Work with HR analytics and reporting

  • Support HR administration in cooperation with vendors (visa processing, work permits, insurance, etc.)

  • Participate in budgeting and budget management

We expect

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience as an HR Generalist

  • Experience supporting the full employee life cycle

  • Background in recruitment

  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

  • Experience with HR analytics

  • Strong organizational skills, result-oriented mindset, flexibility, and openness
