HR Generalist

We are looking for an active team player for the HR team in our international company.

Future challenges

  • To participate in current processes in the department such as: recruitment, on-boarding, motivation, review, retention, rotation, dismissals, succession pipeline, administration, org. design and salary research;
  • To monitor competitors in different functions;
  • To research, learn, implement all required HR procedures (payroll company, legal consultancy, etc.) in acc. with the local legislation;
  • To participate in other activities of HR department;
  • Specific projects: competence matrix, automatization, PDP

We expect

  • Have 1 + уears experience as an in-house HR or HR Generalist;
  • Implementation HR-strategy processes;
  • Help employees, managers in difficult situations;
  • Have basic knowledge of employment and labor law;
  • Speak English at an upper-intermediate level or better;
  • Have great time-management skill;
  • Are highly motivated with keen attention to detail, proficient written and oral communication skills;
  • Have focus on delivering high quality work output;
  • Know and love to work with HR analytics.
