HR Generalist
We are looking for an active team player for the HR team in our international company.
Future challenges
- To participate in current processes in the department such as: recruitment, on-boarding, motivation, review, retention, rotation, dismissals, succession pipeline, administration, org. design and salary research;
- To monitor competitors in different functions;
- To research, learn, implement all required HR procedures (payroll company, legal consultancy, etc.) in acc. with the local legislation;
- To participate in other activities of HR department;
- Specific projects: competence matrix, automatization, PDP
We expect
- Have 1 + уears experience as an in-house HR or HR Generalist;
- Implementation HR-strategy processes;
- Help employees, managers in difficult situations;
- Have basic knowledge of employment and labor law;
- Speak English at an upper-intermediate level or better;
- Have great time-management skill;
- Are highly motivated with keen attention to detail, proficient written and oral communication skills;
- Have focus on delivering high quality work output;
- Know and love to work with HR analytics.
