Financial Project Manager
We are looking for a Financial Project Manager to oversee the initial financial setup of new international entities and ensure their smooth transition to operational support by the Finance Department.
Future challenges
- Opening and maintaining corporate bank accounts;
- Development and setup of core financial processes in collaboration with Finance Department teams, including:
- Funding frameworks: acting as a single point of contact for the Treasury teams to design and coordinate funding schemes;
- Financial planning and analysis: in accordance with FP&A frameworks and internal policies;
- Accounting setup: in close cooperation with the Financial Control team;
- Initial audits: managing and overseeing required preliminary audits.
- Oversight and support of financial processes until their transition to operational management within the Finance and Operations teams;
- Knowledge transfer to Finance teams: training, preparation of technical documentation, and ensuring a handover (including initial process supervision);
- Full-cycle management of external vendors and partners (search, negotiation, coordination): banks, consultants, payment agents, auditors;
- Financial risk management: identification, mitigation planning, and implementation monitoring;
- Contribution to ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives.
We expect
- 3-5+ years of experience in Finance, Treasury, Banking, FP&A, Accounting, Audit, or related fields;
- Proven experience in project management;
- Hands-on experience with corporate bank account opening and maintenance;
- Background in financial operations of international entities (fintech, holding);
- Strong skills in designing and documenting financial processes;
- Experience in assessing and mitigating financial risks;
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher;
- Confident user of Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP or financial systems is a plus;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
