Data engineer
We manage large volumes of data — terabytes of information, utilizing cloud solutions based on Google Cloud Platform (primarily Google BigQuery). As a result, we have developed one of the most user-friendly internal products on the market for automating ETL processes, allowing everyone to move data as needed, when needed.
The Data Engineering team is dedicated to addressing the needs of analysts, integrating new systems, and ensuring reliability and ease of data processing.
Future challenges
- Design, develop, and maintain new tools to empower analysts and stakeholders across the organization;
- Create, manage, and optimize ETL processes to ensure efficient data handling;
- Consolidate, validate, and test data for accuracy and reliability;
- Analyze and enhance inefficient queries to improve performance.
We expect
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering or a related field;
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and querying;
- Strong programming skills in Python;
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Data Warehousing (DWH) systems;
- Hands-on experience with ETL processes and tools;
- Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures;
- Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Advantages
