Data Analyst- researcher
We are currently looking for an Analyst with strong expertise in research. In this role, you will conduct both quantitative and qualitative studies, analyze audience behavior and the effectiveness of marketing activities, work with segmentation, and build forecasts.
It is important to be confident with SQL, have a solid understanding of statistics, and be able to turn data and research insights into clear, actionable business recommendations.
Future challenges

Analyze target markets, including market size, trends, and growth potential;

Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative research on target audiences, trends, products, brands, etc.;

Analyze competitors across selected regions;
-
Analyze funnels and identify ways to eliminate bottlenecks;

Run and evaluate experiments and A/B tests;
-
Participate in forecasting key marketing, product, and business metrics;
-
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns;
-
Generate, prioritize, and test growth hypotheses in collaboration with the team;
-
Handle ad hoc requests from the team;
-
Present research findings and insights.
We expect
-
4+ years of experience in a similar role within a product or IT company;

Hands-on experience in conducting and analyzing surveys and interviews, with knowledge of various marketing research methods, platforms, and tools;

Strong understanding of marketing and product metrics, including LTV, ROI, ROMI, CPA, CAC, CPM, ARPU, and ARPPU;

Understanding of customer acquisition and retention channels, as well as methods for their analysis and evaluation;

Knowledge and practical experience in mathematical statistics and probability theory;

Familiarity with customer segmentation approaches (ABC, RFM, etc.);

Conversational English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher;

Experience in forecasting business metrics;

Hands-on experience with cohort analysis;

Knowledge of and ability to apply modern analytical methodologies and frameworks for marketing purposes (e.g., JTBD, Conjoint analysis, etc.);

Strong SQL skills;

Experience with data visualization tools;

Experience in trend analysis, pattern and correlation analysis, and regression analysis.
