Data Analyst (Business Unit)

We are currently looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join one of our key teams — someone who doesn’t just crunch numbers but understands their meaning and can clearly explain insights. This role involves close collaboration with a Regional Director, a variety of tasks across marketing, product, and finance domains, and the opportunity to influence key business decisions through data and high-quality visualization.

Future challenges

  • Work closely with the Regional Director: consolidate data, perform analysis, discuss and justify conclusions, and support decision-making

  • Collect data and build clear, insightful dashboards and reports across various business areas (marketing, finance, product, etc.)

  • Analyze data, identify patterns, and generate hypotheses to improve business unit and project performance

  • Maintain and improve dashboards and reports in BI systems (Tableau, Amplitude), focusing on usability for business stakeholders

  • Contribute to forecasting, planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation processes

  • Visualize complex datasets in a way that is accessible and useful for business teams

  • Interpret and explain relationships between key metrics (e.g., retention, LTV, ROI, CPA) and A/B test results.

We expect

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics

  • Excellent command of SQL

  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)

  • Proven ability to create dashboards tailored for business users and leadership

  • Ability to explain complex analytical and statistical findings in simple terms

  • Understanding of key product and marketing metrics (LTV, ROI, CPA, CPM, etc.)

  • Experience supporting leadership or working with multiple business functions

  • Deep understanding of metric interdependencies and how to interpret them in the context of business goals

  • Strong foundation in probability theory and statistics, including cohort analysis and forecasting methods
