We’re on the lookout for someone who’s passionate about improving product quality and wants to contribute to refining analytics strategies across the company.

Future challenges

  • Develop a quality metrics system for technical improvements;
  • Evaluate technical metrics and then link them to product metrics;
  • Devise data models and corresponding reports that drive informed decision-making.
  • Predict and monitor metrics behavior, pinpointing influencers and opportunities for transformation.
  • Spearhead common analytics approaches and integrate A/B testing into our product.

We expect

  • Enthusiasm for delving into the intricacies of development tools, fostering close communication with developers.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, showcasing a high-level skill set.
  • A track record in A/B testing and a grasp of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
  • Fearless commitment to being a catalyst for change.
  • Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, etc.).
