CMO

We are looking for a Marketing Director who will be responsible for developing and executing an innovative marketing strategy that perfectly aligns with our business objectives. 

Future challenges

  • Conduct market analysis in order to uncover insight regarding customers, competitors, trends, etc.;
  • Develop and implement a brand strategy which will resonate with our target audience;
  • Development and implementation of a marketing strategy;
  • Directly manage diverse marketing teams including PR, SMM, Content, User Acquisition, CRM, Legal, and more. This extends to overseeing functional leads, ensuring motivation, development, and excellence;
  • Functional management of regional marketing teams and the partner program team: approval of the marketing strategy of the region, definition of standards, provision of brand communication, etc.;
  • Establish processes and manage marketing structure for maximum efficiency;
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to synchronize product development and promotion efforts;
  • Manage marketing budget: planning, control, ROMI management, etc.;
  • Manage Data Analytics backlog;
  • Be a part of our strategic management team;

 

We expect

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies;
  • Track record of leading large B2C fintech, digital, or gamedev projects;
  • Strong foundation in marketing and brand management;
  • Deep immersion in digital and performance marketing;
  • Experience in managing teams of 50-100+ people;
  • Analytical mindset, proficiency in key metrics and an ability to substantiate decisions with data;
  • Results-oriented mindset aligned with broader business goal;
  • English Upper-intermediate +;
