Change Team Lead
We are looking for a Change Team Lead to drive the end-to-end launch and operational setup of licensed entities, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has proven project management experience, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and can navigate complex regulatory environments. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and team leadership, with experience in regulated financial or fintech operations being a strong advantage.
Future challenges
- Research, design, and implement solutions that align with business strategy and meet regulatory requirements.
- Establish and manage relationships with key external partners, including regulatory authorities, management companies, banks, and service providers.
- Lead the full lifecycle of new licensed entity launches — from initial planning and licensing to operational handover — ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
- Coordinate the review, preparation, and submission of all documentation required by regulatory authorities and management entities to obtain or maintain licenses.
- Ensure seamless client migration and onboarding processes for newly established licensed entities, maintaining transparent communication and service continuity.
- Oversee acquisition and onboarding of new clients in line with licensing and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Finance, Legal, etc.) to optimize client experience and operational workflows.
- Ensure operational readiness by setting up efficient workflows, procedures, and control mechanisms before transferring to ongoing operations.
- Identify and resolve project risks, dependencies, or process bottlenecks while maintaining compliance with financial and regulatory standards.
- Oversee planning cycles, ensuring the Change Team adheres to project roadmaps, milestones, and deadlines.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, progress reports, and stakeholder updates to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Define clear roles, responsibilities, and task prioritization for Change Team members and integrated project teams.
- Plan team structure and headcount needs; participate actively in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to track progress, provide feedback, and support career growth.
- Lead performance management, feedback sessions, and goal setting.
- Build a positive and high-performing team culture aligned with company values.

- Proven experience in project or change management within regulated or licensed environments (fintech experience is a strong advantage).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
- Flexible, result-oriented, and deadline-driven — capable of navigating complex regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability in uncertain and dynamic environments.
- Fast learner, comfortable operating in high-change, high-growth settings.
- Experience managing direct, project-based, and cross-functional teams.
- English proficiency: B2+ (written and spoken).
- Legal or financial background is a plus.
