Future challenges
- Collect and process primary accounting documentation in a timely manner
- Record and manage inventory, fixed assets, and tangible assets, including: receipt, returns, write-offs, disposals, sales, and stock movements, assignment of responsible persons, organization and execution of inventory counts and reconciliations
- Capitalize fixed assets, set depreciation schedules, and control depreciation accruals
- Validate and confirm invoices on the tax authority platform
- Reconcile accounts with suppliers and counterparties
- Monitor, control, and process employee business travel expenses, including taxation and reimbursements
- Participate in the preparation of monthly VAT declarations
- Independently prepare and submit: annual property tax declarations, form 1 for non-resident reporting
- Prepare and submit quarterly and annual statistical reports
- Participate in audit processes together with the accounting team
- Conduct regular inventory audits (hands-on responsibility; prior experience is mandatory)
- Manage procurement of fixed assets and office equipment and control related accounting processes
We expect

5–8 years of professional experience in accounting and tax accounting

Experience in the services sector is preferred (experience in other industries is also acceptable)

Mandatory hands-on experience in inventory counts and audits of inventory (TMC) and fixed assets

Confident user of the tax authority portal (rs.ge or equivalent government tax platforms)

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, the Tax Code of Georgia, and IFRS standards

Advanced Excel skills, including data structuring, analysis, and use of formulas such as SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, ROUND

Experience working with 1C accounting software is an advantage

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial and accounting operations
- Russian language – b2 level minimum

Ability to work independently and manage accounting processes end-to-end
